Banana Wind

Shamelessly stolen from RumShopRyan:

  • 1 jigger of Light Rum
  • 1 jigger of Creme de Banana
  • 1 jigger of White Creme de Cacao
  • 2 jiggers Cream
  • 1/2 of a ripened Banana
  • Cherry and Pineapple garnish

Fill blender one-quarter with ice. Add ingredients. Blend until smooth and pour into frosted glass. Garnish. Raise glass and toast.

Blues Swing

  • 1 shot Malibu
  • 1 shot Blue Curacao
  • 2 shots pinapple juice
  • dash lemon juice

Shake with ice and serve in a colada glass with cherry, lime and pineapple.

Wally Whacker

  • 2 ounces Grey Goose vodka
  • 1 ounce Bacardi white rum
  • 1 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1 ounce Kahlua coffee liqueur
  • 1/2-ounce amaretto
  • 1/2-ounce dark creme de cacao
  • 1/2-ounce cream of coconut

Place one scoop of ice in a blender, pour all the ingredients on top and blend until smooth. Swirl Hershey's syrup on the inside of a glass. Pour in blender contents; top with whipped cream, ground nutmeg and a cherry.

Tortuga Gorda

  • 1 ounce Cruzan 151 rum
  • 1 ounce pineapple rum
  • 1 ounce blue CuraƧao
  • 1 ounce melon liqueur
  • 1 ounce each of pineapple juice and orange juice
  • 1 ounce Sprite

Mix in a big glass with ice. Stir, then garnish with an orange and a cherry.

Boozer Colada

  • 1.25oz coconut rum
  • 0.75c pineapple juice
  • dash of grenadine, strawberry and cranberry juices

Midori Margaritas

Sounds nummy to me... A Rum Infused Life: Midori Margaritas

A Midori Margarita recipe for bidding summer adieu.

1 1/2 oz white/clear Tequila (you can use regular tequila, but the color will look bad when mixed with the green Midori)

1/2 oz triple sec

1 oz fresh lime juice

1/2 oz Midori melon liqueur

Salt

Prepare it as you would any other margarita - moisten the rim of a cocktail glass with lime juice and dip in salt. Shake ingredients together, and pour into a glass filled with crushed ice.

Bushwacker time!

Bushwacker recipe: equal parts of Bailys (or Carolans, a cheaper version of Bailys), Kahlua, Vodka, Rum (Cruzan of course), Amaretto, Cream of coconut. Blend with ice, top with fresh nutmeg. Yummy!

Caribbean Cosmopolitan

Shake on ice

  • 2 oz Malibu (or Cruzan) Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz Grand Marnier or Triple Sec
  • Splash Rose's Lime Juice
  • Splash Cranberry Juice

Serve in cocktail glass with lemon twist.

  • ¾ oz White Crème de Menthe

Serve in cocktail glass.
